focus on: extremely deep stretches, time, breathe using a method that gets our body to respond by being more pliable & mobile with time, at a safe & healthy pace.

focus on: it's not always about speed, or strength, but how long and how well you can perform an exercise in a given set of reps and timing. Each person is running a race against themselves. Supportive & inclusive group class.

focus on: intense core work through different points of balance and suspension. building a strong foundation is key. Exercises can be adjusted to almost any level you are at, and difficulty can be adjusted accordingly.

Swimming from infants to phobic adults. Swimming is great on the joints, with resistance of the water. Keep cool in hot weather, stay safe on holidays, and even feel confident by the pool/bodies of water.
