If your country still allows for running and cycling, lets try do interval runs to pick up the pace since most gyms and pools are closed still. Try warm up first, then 1min brisk walk, then 2 mins sprints and brisk walks. Repeat 10 times, remember to not stop immediately, walk it out, cool off then slow down to a halt. Stay safe.
